Wow what a amazing hotel The best in Egypt we have ever stayed Every where in this hotel including beach ,eating venues and outside is spotless staff are forever cleaning and brushing Our room was on the quieter back of the hotel number 1943 It was well equipped with fluffy white towels and a amazing comfortable huge bed with plentiful hot water This room was spotlessly cleaned by Sameh and he made sure we had everything we wanted The beach was so relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and towels Karim was a absolute star the whole 10 days we were there Always with a smile and a chat we were so looked after by him Mufassa always remembered what we drank and did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed We didn’t use pool areas because the beach was our preference The eating areas and restaurants were the best selection we have ever had So friendly staff always smiling We only ate in the main restaurant because the choice was plentiful We can say without a doubt the staff from this hotel including all areas make this hotel a special place to stay You should be very PROUD of them all We are already planning to come back in December this year Thank you for a fabulous stay We are already missing being with you P&Y Bruun

We have just returned from a week at the KaiSol Hotel Romance. One word: Amazing! For me it was chosen for a week of total relax and unwinding after a particularly busy year working. We chose it as it was an adult only resort hotel and all inclusive. The hotel section that we stayed in overlooks the sea and bar area. It is probably the oldest part of the hotel and so some of it looks a little dated, but it didn’t affect the comfort of the room and the cleanliness. The hotel staff are amazing, helpful, kind, attentive, hard working, smiley and just absolutely lovely. Particular mention to the bread lady whose name escapes me. What a joy to see someone so smiley every morning, and the bread she bakes was so tasty and fresh. The restaurant staff, all of them, were so hard working and always available if you have any questions. Also the chap who cleaned room 1116 should also be mentioned, really friendly and did some amazing towel sculptures (see photos). The downstairs pool area was always clean and if you chose the upstairs pool area then the bar man passed frequently to take drinks orders. The beach was also clean and lots of beds to choose from. The sea was a little chilly at this time of year but we still managed to paddle! We thought the food choice was very good. Some reviews don’t agree with us but each night there was something different and you could also book one of the themed restaurants: Asian, Indian, Lebanese or Italian if you wanted a wider choice of a specific type of food. We tried them all and found the food tasted wonderful and the choice to be more than enough! Check out the Valentines themed food, no words for the effort that went into it. Unbelievable! The only suggestion I would have for the hotel, is to better label what is in the desserts, as I ended up wasting a few desserts as they contained unexpected foods! The hotel is quiet and is situated where there isn’t much going on, so if you are looking for somewhere lively then the hotel may not suit you. It has some entertainment each night in the form of some really good singers but it isn’t the sort of resort surrounded by nightlife. There are other trips and activities that you can book such as scuba, boat trips, snorkeling etc. if you want to get out of the resort. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym although we didn’t use it! There is also massage, pedicure, manicure etc offered in the spa. The only other things that would be good, would be for the jacuzzi by the top pool to be a little warmer as it was very cold on the day we used it. I think it registered 18 degrees when we were in it. Also some of the lights could do with light bulbs changing! But this doesn’t stop the hotel getting 5 stars from us. We would definitely come back again.

My mother and I visited this hotel in February and everything was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a beautiful beach. The surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful and well maintained, everywhere is clean, the cleaning of the rooms is of a very high standard. Overall, the staff at this hotel are really dedicated to their work and strive for the best service. First of all I would like to highlight the work of Sara, who is a Czech who takes care of the client service and really cares about the satisfaction of the clients. She puts you in touch with her right away and if you have any problems you can contact her at any time, she is really very helpful and tries to make sure that your stay is at the highest level. When we needed to arrange something, it was done right away, she also advised us on a lot of things and provided a lot of useful information and to top it all off she is a very nice lady as well, so definitely don't be afraid to contact her. I would also like to thank the cleaner named Sameh who does his job really well, he made sure we were happy every time and the room looked every day like the first day we moved in. Another great person is Karim who takes care of the clients on the beach, again first class service, you feel welcome and cared for on the beach, he is a very nice person who makes you feel better. The food at the hotel was excellent, every night there were themed dinners, a really wide choice of food and everything was delicious, everyone will be happy. At the same time, every evening there are entertainment programs (live music, belly dancing...), it is very pleasant. Overall, this hotel is on very high level and I recommend it for everyone who wants to relax and have a great vacation.

We’ve just got home from an amazing trip for my husband’s 40th Birthday. On arrival we were welcomed with a welcome drink then taken to our deluxe swim up room, we’ve had the most relaxed week ever! Room We had a deluxe swim up 1501, was a beautiful room and very clean and cleaned throughout the week to a very high standard by Ramadan who also surprised us with different towel art and decoration for my husband’s birthday. I did request the room and Hassan arranged that for us, thank you. Food & bars There was a lot of choice at the buffet and always something to eat. At breakfast Negla made the most amazing fresh Egyptian bread. We ate at all the al a carte restaurants except for the seafood, all were great and lots of choice Lebanese was both our favourite! Most days for lunch we did find ourselves at the snack bar highly recommend the pizza quattro & cowboy burger, we were served by Mohamed at snack bar & Al a carte who was very friendly & polite. We drunk mainly at the Romance bar & Mohamed was great makes the best cocktails! Main Pool Lovely relaxed atmosphere and found ourselves here in the afternoon soaking up the last bit of sun. Ahmed great barman at the pool and always had drinks ready for us! Pool area is lovely and clean. Beach Beautiful beach and very clean, great to spend the day basking in the sun! Grab a red flag from the towel hut if you don’t want to get disturbed by sales reps. Spa & beauty salon We had a couples deal which was fun and then a couple more massages after, highly recommend Heba at the spa if you’re looking for a great massage! My husband had a shave & facial booked but was a bit confusing from what the sales lady sold to us to what they thought but was all sorted. The sales people for the beauty salon we found were annoying even after booking and having a red flag on our beds, spa sales people were great and knew that we’d booked and were friendly. There’s some lovely walks along the front outside of the hotel with the pier recommend going to see and getting to see the sunken city. Also a fantastic bakery a few doors down call Bready highly recommend the Nutella Cruffins.
