On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great hotel, superb food”
Friendly service, great command of English on reception, huge beds, wonderful views. Falling asleep with your window open so you can hear the sound of the pebbles on the shore is blissful. Dinner is an absolute treat for your taste buds.

“Good Hotel in excellent position”
Centrally positioned Hotel close to the Church and facing the sea. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff at reception. We stayed in room 305 which was most probably the smallest in the Hotel but perfectly adequate with comfortable bed and nice bed linen. You could open the windows at night… more

We stayed in a sea view room which was what we requested. The room and linen was impeccably clean but it does lack quite a lot to give it a 4 star status.
