Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Edge of Town, yet walking distance to the center and the beach”
This hotel has secured parking, good wifi, both an interior patio and and exterior terrace with beautiful grounds and a lovely clean pool. It's Andalusian style (white with tile roof) and sort of an enclosed compound yet has views of the sea. Easy walking distance to the longest beach on the Atlant… more

The rooms are small, but very clean, with access to balconies. The swimming-pool and the garden are very charming. It’s outside the city, which makes it … more

Upon arrival we were extremely surprised at the beautiful entrance and elegance of the main building and the 2 ad… more

“Good Value modern hotel with pool”
Conil de la Frontera is a strange place - a traditional, slightly run-down fishing town around a harbour but with a spacious modern ring of development laid out around the periphery. The Hotel Diufain is on the broad, little-used highway laid-out through the new section on the way to the beach sett… more
