“Definitely worth a visit”

This is a excellent family hotel. Food and drink was very good for an all inclusive. We had a great time at this hotel. The area of Roquets is heavily populated with Spanish tourists and the hotel was too but this didn’t bother us the hotel it self more than made up for this.

We loved this place the food and drink was amazing, the room was clean with a lovely view. Close to the airport. The pool was very cold but it was only May. The beach sand wasn’t nice at all, it was like ground up bricks. The kids entertainment was very same old, it was on quite late as well. Overall we had a great time here and would come back.

“Good Hotel room for improvment”

This is a very good hotel the staff are very friendly. we enjoyed the hotel very much. i feel there could be improvements, the food was virtually cold, in most restaurants the only one which it was not was the Asian where it was hot, the pools are far to cold to enjoy them. your smoking policies are not being adhered to , people smoking everywhere. no one approaches them, the pool bar is the worst signs up saying that it is prohibited but it is not, your smoking area on the far side of the pool bar is insufficient as the wind blows the smoke into the pool bar and the entertainment area I feel this is not acceptable where there are children and vulnerable people, i feel the signs require updating to include vapes and electronic cigarettes, the hotel is very nice, but i have a lung condition i find the smoking is not acceptable for myself having to move away from people constantly on sunbeds in the entertainment areas, passive smoking for myself is not very good for my condition, even on occasions at the lobby bar, i do feel this needs improvement,

We booked this hotel after searching many hotels and we feel really disappointed overall. Check in was smooth and friendly and the cleanliness was good and the pool although cold was enjoyable. The real let down was the “sofa bed” which turned out to be a single chair bed. This was very uncomfortable and resulted in a bad weeks sleep. The restaurant was the real let down. We arrived every night and breakfast at opening time to be greeted with warm food at best and to be honest for a 5* hotel very poor choice. Fatty and undercooked chicken thighs, pigs trotter casserole and under cooked salmon. I have stayed at 4* hotels who offered better. I was going to mention this at check out but all the receptionist did was take the key cards and said good bye!
