We had great time with friends there. However there are some improvements they can do. Sometimes door card didn`t work well and after several re-set it finally changed. We had great time with friends there. However there are some improvements they can do. Sometimes door card didn`t work well and after several re-set it finally changed. Breakfast and dinner area was little noisy and chairs need some renew. Overall i would suggest this hotel if you are looking a lovely place to stay (with breakfast and also dinner), almost all rooms had a wonderful seaview. Neighbourhood wasn`t very noisy. Almost every evening there is some performance in the hotel cafe area which is well separated from hotel rooms, so you basically do not hear any loud voice from there. The pool area isn`t very big, but sea is just a few dozen meters away. :)

“Decent enough hotel”

“Good family holiday”

Overall it was a good choice after reading the S&D reviews. Went in October half-term, with our 13 yr old daughter and our middle daughter (20) and her BF just before the storms hit. We had rooms next to each other on floor 4 facing the sea and the sunrise was majestic to watch. (401 & 402) All… more

Overall it was a good choice after reading the S&D reviews. Went in October half-term, with our 13 yr old daughter and our middle daughter (20) and her BF just before the storms hit. We had rooms next to each other on floor 4 facing the sea and the sunrise was majestic to watch. (401 & 402) All Inclusive buffet was ok, nothing special but ok choices. Expected a bit better tbh and would say hotel overall is 3 star, not 4*. The AI Buffet in Benidorm last year at Magic Rock was much better. Room was fine, a bit dated and shower needed some TLC on the grouting, but fine for 3 of us. Pool terrace was great for the October Sun. However if you are wanting to be near marina, look closer as it's a good 40 min walk from the hotel or you can get the bus. Having been to Egypt earlier in the year, the pool area could do with TLC by the staff which would make it look fantastic. But I'm being super critical in terms of grass being cut and dead leaves off palm trees. most places we stay we see the pool area being hosed down every evening ready for the next day, but didn't see this.
