We returned to this special place for the second year running for Christmas week. The standard of everything was just as good with no sign of cutting corners something that is happening almost everywhere these days. The staff make you feel very welcome nothing too much trouble. Rooms comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast certainly sets you up for the day. Choice is amazing and all fresh. Christmas Eve buffet recommended. Very easy to get into Palma with a €2 fare just outside the Hotel. Taxis and restaurants booked efficiently. Much easier than hiring a car unless you want to explore further afield.

The hotel is perfect location if you want to mix a city break with also a quiet area. The bus route stops right outside the hotel and takes you into Palma, there's also a town 10 minutes walk away- Illetas with shops restaurants. The hotel is perfect location if you want to mix a city break with also a quiet area. The bus route stops right outside the hotel and takes you into Palma, there's also a town 10 minutes walk away- Illetas with shops restaurants. You can hire bikes like I did and cycle to Palma & Palmanova. Great run routes. The hotel is perfect if you want somewhere that's quiet, the hotel is peaceful, no loud guests or drunk disturbing guests. It's perfect for a relaxing quiet, civilised stay. Only thing is the drains from the showers can smell, so have to leave the balcony doors open, but it didn't alter or ruin the stay.The staff are very helpful, kind and the restaurants and hotel are very clean. You do have to pay for your drinks in the restaurant even if you are half board, it would be a recommendation that a free house wine would be provided in the evening meal.

overall an enjoyable stay just a few minor issues. staff are very accommodating and the hotel justifies the four star rating

“A very quiet hotel”

The staff are brilliant, front desk, bar staff, cleaners, waiters were perfect in every way. We had a side sea view room which was fine without being outstanding. The staff are brilliant, front desk, bar staff, cleaners, waiters were perfect in every way. We had a side sea view room which was fine without being outstanding. Food at breakfast suffered from some items being always cold. Beans, sausages and bacon were the main culprits but the omelettes were perfectly cooked. Dinner was a buffet and we had no real complaints. Our biggest disappointment was there was not a lot to do during the day except use the Spa which we don’t do and absolutely no entertainment at night other a very good night on New Year’s Eve. Every other night- nothing at all. There is also nothing nearby except a very small supermarket. The bus into the city of Palma stops outside of the hotel and is every 10 minutes and costs 2 euros. What it is like in the summer, I can’t comment on but for the fact that we like things to do in our hotel, we will not be returning but thank you staff, you were exceptional.
