“Fantastic hotel”

Myself and my son stayed for 5 nights over Christmas. The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Check in was great, offered Prosecco on arrival. Fortunately we could check in early & the room was spacious and clean. We went all inclusive and the food was fabulous. There were so many different choices each day, with breakfast being the best I’ve had at a hotel. Lunch & dinner had a huge selection from cooked to order meats, pizzas, pastas, kids options, salads, and different themed food nights such as Asian and tapas nights. The outdoor pool was shut as its winter season. We tried the heated indoor pool which was nice, but was quite busy as it was Christmas time. Entertainment was good, we really enjoyed the quizzes and won one of the nights. Staff went above & beyond. Roses on entry to dinner one night & a bottle of cava in the room on Christmas Day was a nice touch! Location is brilliant. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop outside to either S’Arenal or Palma town for 2€. Palma aquarium is also a 10 minute walk but the bus goes past here too, and a go kart track. Would definitely recommend and would return!!

We spent a delightful week at Iberostar Cristina in Palma! Upon our arrival, it was evident that the staff were very warm and professional in their service. The rooms neat and elegantly furnished while still being comfortable. The dining experience was really something to be praised! The buffet was impressively long, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and special thanks go to the chefs who prepared special vegetarian dishes for us during Christmas Eve dinner. Besides, themed dinner nights added a nice touch, making our whole 7-day stay even more memorable. The location of the hotel was ideal for the reason that it was close to the city center and other attractions. We hired bikes from the hotel and rode alongside the beautiful promenade, which was lovely. The thing that impressed me most was the attention given by the staff to the smallest things. They were courteous and did their utmost throughout our stay to make us comfortable and happy. This included advising on activities to participate in, fulfilling our requests, and even smiling at us. Special thanks to the staff at cafeteria/bar to make loads of hot drinks and mocktails for us :-). Iberostar Cristina was fantastic during our stay.
