Sorry for late review . We stayed here in July 24 , our 2nd time here in 2 years . Once again we we not disappointed at all . Staff are amazing, rooms are clean , location perfect, pool is great . As said in a previous review we can not fault this one bit . My 3 girls adore the staff and the holiday, so much we've booked again for July 25 . This is our family holiday evey year until my girls are old enough and don't want holiday with Mum & Dad anymore . To us it's the whole package as a family holiday to relax and have family time .

“Relaxing and slow paced”

Another fantastic holiday! All staff were great, food was good with an ample selection of both hot and cold dishes and room was clean and comfortable. Some good entertainment on an evening. All booked for next year again! See you in 2025 ☺️☺️

We have just returned from a week as a mum, nan and 9 year old. Please note we went when the season was closing down so this will affect some points I am covering. Arrival We arrived around lunchtime and checked in. Check in person was friendly. We were given an upgrade to a 2 bed which was great. We didn't get any help taking our cases and bags to room which was up and down a few sets of stairs- this would have been gratefully received, so be aware if you need support. On first look the hotel is nice, a little run down but clean and tidy. The view is amazing and the pool is lovely. Rooms We had a 2 bed 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It was a nice and adequately sized room. Again it could do with a bit of a paint and upgrade. There were 2 beds in each room. I found the beds very hard and had to sleep on the sofa. My mum and daughter slept fine though. Kitchen-good sized fridge and small freezer, oven and 4 hobs. Microwave and kettle. All cutlery and crockery except baking trays. Bathroom- needs some tlc but the shower was lovely. hot and powerful. Pools There is one big pool, a small baby pool and another pool at the other end but didn't look clean or used. The main pool was lovely, clean and cold! plenty of beds. The big pool did say adults only but there wasn't an alternative for my daughter so we used it and no one said anything. It was very quiet when we were there so plenty of space and beds. There are some sun terraces with beautiful views of the beach- def go get some pics at sunset :) If you don't like cats a warning there are about 5 cats that roam! Food We had bed and breakfast and were really happy. Really lovely choice and lots of fresh fruit. The lovely waiter would come over and give my daughter a lolly each day and the chef gave her sweets too so obv she was happy! lots of drinks and different choice. Cleaning Cleaners nice and did a great job, came every day and bought fresh towels. Entertainment This was minimal, nothing in the day and nothing for children. But i think in peak they do have stuff. There is a small games room but this need some tlc, smashed window and dirty walls. Surrounding area Be warned if you aren't very mobile this probably isn't the place for you as there are ALOT of steps. We counted 107 down to the beach and they are quite steep. If you go to the left and through White sands it will bring you to a beautiful quiet bay- our fav! soft sand, minimal seaweed and clear water with lots of fish! we preferred this to the main beach. It was beautiful. Be warned though there were some local nudes one day which my daughter of course found hilarious but obv not great with a young child when he repeatedly kept bending over so we could see what he had for breakfast LOL. If you go to the other main beach it is also nice but more seaweed and stuff on the sand. We did get pedalos with a slide on out and it was £25 for 1 hour which i thought was good value. One day we walked to Marina Parc that has a water park, it was a vey hilly and long walk but there were buses so i would advise that. It was ok but £50 total and i don't think worth that much. Its also all inclusive so a lot of drinking and smoking round the pool which isn't really our thing but my daughter enjoyed it. It is half price after 2pm too which I think is ok value. We only ate out a few times, and both were fine. But lots of mosquitos at night!! But id say 10 restaurants in walking distance. There is a shop opposite the hotel which was ok and reasonably priced. It had a nice bakery bit for french sticks for lunch. We had a nice stay and everyone was friendly, the beach was amazing, but I think it does need some TLC. If you are looking for relaxation then its great!
