Really good resort for families. Check out my full Video Tour on YouTube at Time Out With Angela. I went with my son, his girlfriend and their 2 children (my grandchildren). We booked a family apartment with 2 separate rooms and stayed all inclusive. The facilities were really good, offering a good range for the children but with lots of opportunities for relaxing for adults. Wide variety of food. Good evening entertainment. Very clean facilities. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed this resort and holiday and would book to go again.

Our first couple holiday in 20yrs, we usually have family with us and get the beautiful garden apartments so it was our first time in the main hotel. To say it was a pinch me moment when we walked into the room and saw the huge room and the view is an understatement..beautiful..at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea and whole resort, we never tired of watching the sun set every night..we have been coming here now for four yrs and have seen so many improvements.. Our room was cleaned and serviced perfectly daily..we had Italian as our chosen meal night and it was perfect, Adnan and staff was so attentive and kind and the food was amazing we couldn't eat it all. The restaurant has had the food heaters replaced and the food was hot and fantastic, so many great choices so well done to all kitchen and restaurant staff,entertainment with Mario and gang was a great hit with pool and night activities..The addition of the coffee dock was brilliant..proper coffee fab!..as was the waffle and icecream shack yum! special mention to Kelly and reception staff who were so nice and helpful..we couldn't have had a more perfect week so thank you to management and all staff for making it so special

“Good but not excellent”

We were travelling as a family of 3 (with toddler). We stayed there first 2 weeks of October. Navigation: The hotel did not provide a map, which made it difficult to navigate the premises. It took my husband nearly a full day to learn where everything was located and how the hotel operated. This process is particularly difficult when traveling with children. I highly recommend that the hotel distribute maps upon check-in. Moreover, communication regarding towel locations was insufficient. I noticed many newcomers in the pool area who were unsure of where to obtain towels. The signs indicating these locations were small and nearly invisible. Additionally, the pool bars seemed quite unadorned, suggesting a need for improved design and signage. Toilets: The facilities for children located next to the kids' pool were outstanding. With my daughter just starting her potty training, I was apprehensive about how we would manage during our vacation. Fortunately, these restrooms proved to be invaluable, and we completely eliminated the use of diapers following our holiday. The adult restrooms were available in multiple locations and were kept clean, and I found the design to be quite appealing. Food We appreciated the diverse selection of cuisine available. Themed days featured offerings such as Turkish and Mexican dishes, all of which were consistently freshly prepared and delectable. I particularly enjoyed the seafood and desserts. Throughout our stay, we did not experience any health problems related to the food or beverages. It seemed that the staffing levels in the main buffet were insufficient. Animation Throughout our visit, we predominantly occupied the Kids Pool area, where we mostly interacted with the animation team during the Kids Club, Mini Disco, and evening entertainment sessions. My daughter found great joy in the Mini Club, especially during the face-painting sessions. One day, she was painted as a kitty, and on another, as a butterfly, among other designs. The staff was always amiable and actively sought to entertain the children with a range of activities. I heard from other parents about a kids' festival day at the pool that included characters, which we missed due to our day trip to Greece. We especially appreciated the Octoberfest event, which featured outstanding entertainment, decorations, and food. Cleaning Upon our arrival, we found that there was no hotel shampoo provided, and only two towels were available for the three of us. The hotel shampoo was only replenished after a week, following my husband's inquiry with the reception regarding the schedule for cleaning our room. Our room remained uncleaned for several days because my daughter was taking a nap from 14:00 to 17:00 during the scheduled cleaning time. We had requested that the room be cleaned by 12:00. Initially, this was accommodated, but subsequently, the room went uncleaned for an additional two days due to the same issue. My husband then approached the reception, and from that point until the end of our holiday, the cleaning service was satisfactory. *The cleaner opted to use the customer lift instead of the staff lift, which allowed me to observe their cleaning cart. It was quite shocking to discover a bucket of dirty water placed right next to the clean towels. Additional facilities Our visit to the Spa Centre was quite enjoyable, as we had planned to indulge ourselves this time. On the first day, we arranged for ten massages and four Hamam and exfoliation procedures. My husband and I experienced. The staff was exceptionally kind. * The sauna is accessible at all times, while the steam room can be activated upon request; just let them know, and it will be prepared within fifteen minutes. Both facilities are free of charge. The waterslides were amazing and fun. It was very nice to see the Baby Pool which was only 10cm in height with various fountains and drawings.

Having travelled a fair amount and stayed in numerous 5* hotels I can confirm that this is a 3* plus at most. If you’re used to 5* then this place sadly isn’t for you. Having travelled a fair amount and stayed in numerous 5* hotels I can confirm that this is a 3* plus at most. If you’re used to 5* then this place sadly isn’t for you. Pro’s - A variety of food (although not the best tasting) - Main parts of the hotel are clean - Good facilities - They put on a Halloween disco which was great Con’s - Flies, flies flies! Everywhere!! The flies ruined part of the holiday, indoors not a problem, however outside at the lunch/snack bar, and waffle stand they’re everywhere, in the hundreds, all over the food, in the pancake batter etc and the hotel do nothing to try and stop it. No electric zappers, nothing! It’s vile. - Rooms are not clean, I spoke to numerous people staying at the hotel and we all had the same view on the cleanliness or lack of it, scum/stale urine around the toilet and floor - Balcony door broken - I have 2 young children so this was a concern but they wouldn’t move us - We paid for a room upgrade for 2 adults and 2 children yet we’re put in a standard room with 1 single bed, a double bed and a TRAVEL COT for my 3 year old! We contested this but again were told we couldn’t move - It may have been because it was towards the end of the season but the entertainment was poor, there was something on just 3 nights out of 7 - Reheated food on the last 2 nights of our stay (it was the end of season before they closed the hotel) this resulted in one of my children being violently ill in the airport and for the duration of the flight home and myself and partner having a dodgy belly Would not return.
