You will receive the exact embarking and disembarking times with your final documents. Please ensure that you have arranged for an adequate flight time considering customs and immigration procedures (approx. 4 hours) and the transfer time to/ from the airport.

When travelling by train and / or plane, please take the arrival and departure times of the ship at the respective exchange port into account and plan sufficient time for the transfers to and from the airport to port.

We recommend that you arrive at least four hours before the ship leaves or enters the pier; departure from the pier can be planned at the earliest (90 minutes) after arrival of the ship and the permission of the authorities. Please understand that port regulations are different and that delays can be incurred under certain unforseen circumstances.In some ports you can take advantage of the "Easy Walk-Off". This means you can leave the ship as soon as it is cleared by local authorities, carrying all your luggage off the vessel. No liability will be assumed.
