Once you arrive at the originally selected hotel and you find any inconvenience or you don't like it, you can request to change your hotel. But you must be aware that you may not be refunded for the cost of the original hotel and our corresponding department will have to check first if there are any further costs with the new hotel or supplier. Please note that you will always need to pay the total cost of the new hotel if you finally decide to change.
