Make sure you arrive in plenty of time, and bring your Collection Reference Number, and the payment card used to make the booking (for identification purposes only).  Please note any special instructions given; for example, the station opening hours.

If you're unable to collect your tickets, due to the self service ticketing machines being out of service, for example, then contact the station staff for further assistance.
