Transavia is a Dutch airline founded in late 1965 under the name Transavia Limburg N.V.
With Maastricht Aachen airport as its base, it provides low-cost flights between various holiday destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It serves more than 80 destinations in total.
Like Transavia France, it belongs to the Air France-KLM group and its fleet consists of 35 aircraft.

Luggage Policy
Hand luggage: you may bring one item of hand luggage on board which does not exceed 45 x 40 x 25 cm (green label) max. 55 x 35 x 25 cm (red label) up to 10 kg. In addition to 1 item of hand luggage, you can also bring an umbrella or walking stick on board.
Checked baggage: on trips with Transavia, luggage ranging from 20 kg (included in the Plus rate) to 30 kg (included in the Max rate) may be checked. If you require additional luggage you can allocate up to 5 pieces of luggage per person with a total maximum weight of 50 kg per person. Maximum weight per item of luggage: 32 kg.
