Flight reconfirmation for your peace of mind and security
WHAT IS ABOUT?
We at Logitravelie advise all our customers to make a few pre-flight checks: reconfirm with the airline and check the status of the flight.
Here are a few simple steps to follow.
FLIGHT STATUS
It's essential that you check the status of your flight at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure and again just before heading to the airport. To check the status of your flight, we recommend that you use the following websites:
- For reservations with a Galileo: booking references: www.viewtrip.com
- And for reservations with an Amadeus: booking reference www.checkmytrip.com
In your confirmation e-mail you will receive your booking reference number which will either be generated by Amadeus or Galilio. In many cases you will have been provided both reference numbers.
With both, www.viewtrip.com for Galilio and www.checkmytrip.com for Amadeus you will be required to enter your booking reference number and the surname of the lead passenger.
RECONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
We advise you to reconfirm your booking with the airline. To do this you should check the airline website directly or call them, no more than 72 hours before. In very few cases, airlines may cancel reservations that have not been reconfirmed so its essential to reconfirm your flight.
