On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Spacious rooms ”
Had visited last week stayed for 2 nights, this time changed from byland stAr to byland world as many arabic restaurants and halal food available around , just 600 meters away from futian market , freindly staff , spacious rooms and good breakfast and value for money . I would rate it 7/10

“Nice place”
The rooms were nice though the attendant paid much attention to the maps in the drawer. I had to pay for it. Beware before taking anything because everything is payable. Nothing is free. “Its an average hotel in good location”
I was in the 7th floor. stayed for a week. Rooms were pretty good,but the carpet was very much smelly. Ariana arabic resturant is right next to this hotel.Compared to Byland star hotel the rooms and the services are pretty bad.Location is the best because its very close to futian and garment market… more
