“WWE Backlash weekend stay”
Wonderful location right next to the train station/ metro also walking distance to many looking landmarks , helpful staff during check in and throughout my stay, I didn’t catch any names but I believe the reception manager/ supervisor (used to work in Brighton Uk) was most helpful and personable… more

“This was my first time in Lyon and the staff was very willing to help me find my way around. They also didn't judge me”
I feel like the hotel is in a perfect location. Every time I come into the hotel I'm greeted by the staff. I feel very welcomed here. When I get to my room I feel very secure. The staff keeps the rooms very neat and clean. If I ever come back to Lyon I will stay here

“A good base for Lyon stay. ”
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a superior double room on the 6th floor with a balcony. Very clean, largish room. Big bed was very comfortable. Bathroom large and clean. Shower very small - but usable. Staff were very friendly. It’s not in the old town, but it’s very accessible. Majo… more

“Ok hotel in handy location”
Smallish room with small balcony. Don't like the paper cups they give you for tea/ coffee. Central, close to Perrache station. Nice bar. Breakfast looked ok but didn't try it. Left a jacket there - emailed 3 times and rang twice with no success. Never got a reply to emails.
