Returned to the Roblin after several years and were greeted by the manager of the Property, Stéphane who welcomed us back to the hotel, from a guest experience perspective the hotel excels, the front desk team were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are traditionally French, it was spacious and well appointed, with views to Rue Chauveau Lagarde below. The retro style elevator is a great photo opportunity! Definitely a find in Paris.

“Beautiful paris”

Hi ,just to say thxs , we had a beautiful time ,breakfast fab ,staff very friendly, we had night in the bar was fab , my daughter and me are chefs ,was fantastic hotel , only thing upgrade tvs to smart and nice sauna and massage room ,would be good well done thxs williams family.

This hotel is in such a prime location- hence why I chose it 5 minutes from galleries la Fayette and printemps 10 minutes from rue de Saint honore fantastic restaurants and shops within a few steps. Very close to Madeline station. Rooms are very clean and fresh. We went for the balcony room, we had great space on the balcony but room itself was slightly small. Slept great no noice issues fantastic bathroom. Very helpful staff. Love the Parisian decor in the lobby as well as the lift. The only thing was I felt there could be some olives and a few more vegetables at breakfast there was only cherry tomatoes and celery with chives which is quite strong for the morning. And maybe some lighter French cheese options like Fromage Blanc? Other than that breakfast was good. I recommend them offering hot water in a tea pot for tea drinkers rather than doing it from a coffee machine I couldn’t drink a proper tea I feel for this hotel that could be offered easily. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast with quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for cleaning the rooms. The location of the hotel is good, but the street is very noisy, even at night. When I booked, I asked for a nice room, but they gave me the lowest floor with a dusty window sill and street noise… more

Good breakfast with quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for cleaning the rooms. The location of the hotel is good, but the street is very noisy, even at night. When I booked, I asked for a nice room, but they gave me the lowest floor with a dusty window sill and street noise. It was not the superior room of 22 sq. m that I paid for. When we first entered the room, there was trash and dirt on the floor. The next day, the room was not cleaned and the towels were still on the floor. We were very tired that day, so we did not go to the reception to tell them about it. The hotel needs a cosmetic renovation of the rooms.
