“Excellent Service”
Recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Downtown and made an error with my booking, entirely my fault! Berfin was on the reception desk and was so helpful, understanding and offered a perfect solution for the situation I had put myself in. “(Dirty) so called luxury penthouse suite !”
Dirty room, dust everywhere! I had the premium penthouse suite.. not even a bathrobe, shower utilities were very poor.. , many things in this room were out of date and needed restoration! Won’t go back anymore, they need to fix all the problem and issues first..
