On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great Room, Great Price”
We spent two nights in a very spacious room, with very nice bath. The room had a large outside patio, which made for great sunset viewing!! “Little Gem off the beaten path”
This charming B&B is small, intimate and has an amazing view. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a balcony. The location, past the train station but near stunning Piazza Santa Maria Novella, gets you away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

“2 nights stay in Florence”
nice family type B&B in a residential building. the host was welcoming and the room is clean and spacious. great breakfast with many choices. the location is a bit of walk from the train station or the main tourist attractions, about 10-15 min walk at least.

“Lovely place to stay”
Recommend has everything you could want, close to train station, shops, restaurants, laundromat, very helpful reception (Francesco) gave us a run down of the area and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend.
