First impressions from the moment I booked were great. I had a couple of questions before we arrived and emails were responded to immediately. The hotel was always immaculately clean in all areas. Our room was cleaned and the supplies were replenished daily. Our bed was comfy, and the room was lovely, quiet and dark each night. Breakfast was plentiful and every taste was catered for. The roof top bar was a bonus. We found the staff all very helpful and the concierge team made great recommendations for dinner. Wonderful location too. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay - hoping to return in September for a mum and daughter stay!

“Rome experience”

The hotel is based a short walk from the colosseum and some great restaurants. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was very clean and quiet at night. We asked for a room with a bath in order to soak aching limbs in the evening and the hotel could not have been more accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel for the Rome Marathon. The hotel was absolutely immaculate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Tommaso the receptionist was very helpful and kind! My room was cleaned everyday and the food was exceptional with once again really kind staff. The views on the old town were also beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

“Nice hotel roof top bar”

Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. The hotel is well located to the Colosseum (10 mins walk) and Termi train station (10 mins). Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. The hotel is well located to the Colosseum (10 mins walk) and Termi train station (10 mins). There was also a good choice of restaurants and bars locally. The room was a medium size (6 th floor), at the back of the hotel with a nice view over the city. There is a roof top bar (8 th floor) with amazing city views, which was not opened (open from the spring time) but you were able to take drink up from the hotel bar (ground floor). The shower was in a separate room and nice, and the bathroom was clean and functional with a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee & kettle were provided along with a mini bar / fridge. There was a TV (limited channels) and safe. The room was nice and warm with an air condition unit that worked well. The free Wi-Fi worked well. The windows had a shutter which was good to keep the light out. There was no iron / ironing board but expect these was a service if required. The room was quiet from outside noise, but you could here noise from the adjacent rooms, or rooms above as guest walked around. Our room was also near the staircase so you could occasionally here noise from guests walking down the stairs. Breakfast was included. There was a good selection of cereal, continental ham / cheese. Yoghurts, and local bacon / sausages. The best was the scrambled eggs which were delicious. Coffee / tea and juice also available. A great breakfast to set you up for the day. The staff were very friendly. All in all an enjoyable stay, the hotel was well located for what we needed, and would definitely stay again.
