The Hotel Manfredi was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to its incredible staff. Many of them are part of the family that owns the hotel, or have been with the property for over 20 years. Dalia, in particular, was a standout—so warm, kind, and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for sights and restaurants. She even called ahead to ensure places were open and had availability. Our room was perfect for our family of three, providing plenty of space and comfort. One thing that truly impressed us was the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile. When our daughter accidentally dropped her jewelry down the sink, they quickly brought in a plumber to help retrieve it—something they didn’t have to do, but they did it with such care. That kind of generosity and personal service made our stay feel truly special. The daily breakfast was definitely worth it. Many of the pastries are made in-house, and the coffee selection was excellent, with something for everyone. It’s clear that the staff at Hotel Manfredi are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel Manfredi Suites . The hotel is located on a back street close to famous Spanish Steps. The rooms are small, I guess they are all pretty much same size in Old Rome buildings, but well furnished, clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and courteous.Highly recommended.

The hotel is tucked in a back street and one has to take a lift to reach the reception and rooms. We arrived late night and checkin was efficient. The room was small, I guess like most hotels in old Rome, but well furnished. The bathroom was also small but clean and well fitted. The breakfast buffet was basic but of good quality. The staff was friendly. We would recommend the hotel for its excellent location with popular sights within short walking distance and ample choices of restaurants.
