We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Dar Latifa New Year”
We stayed here for a week over New Year 2018. It is very near Ben Youssef mosque near the souks. It is about 10 minutes walk to the main square. Do be aware that the gates for the souks shut around 9.00pm so if you are making your way back from the main square you need to work out where you are goi… more

Enzha and Miriam made us very welcome. February in Marrakech was not particularly warm but there we… more
