“Need renovation”
The hotel is in a great location by the sea in a beautiful area of Muscat. Another advantage is the bar with alcoholic drinks. However, the hotel needs a facelift. “Good place”
Beach bay hotel is a very good place to stay with the beach view.the bar is quite noisy. A good place for friends and couples. family people can avoid this place due to the sound of the pub.services can be better.

“Needs a make-over”
Outside of building needs a wash. Windows were very dirty. Selection of buffet breakfast very limited and we had to prompt the waiter for more coffee.
