Clean and functional. No sound proofing no matter what the advert states. Could hear everything through the bathroom walls into our room. No English channels despite advertising satellite tv. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room or drinking glasses. - Precious hotel we stayed at night before, same rating but was spacious with tea/ coffee making facilities and glasses and not dated like this hotel.

“Average hotel”

Average hotel . Location perfect very close to old town. Room and bathroom clean, size ok. Breakfast good. The website says parking underground but was full and we had to leave our car on the public parking ,was not far from the hotel. Internet very bad. The receptionist ( guy ) was not helpful.

I spent one night at this hotel. It is in a great location, within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and a grocery store just around the corner. The rooms are small, but adequate. I spent one night at this hotel. It is in a great location, within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and a grocery store just around the corner. The rooms are small, but adequate. The beds only have one non fluffy pillow and the bed itself reminds me of a cot. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs for dinner and breakfast. The decor is a bit gaudy with chandeliers everywhere, but I didn’t mind it.
