“Conference rooms”
We used the conference rooms and the experience was great. The rooms were set up by Tub Kong and Tao Bang and it was spotless. Our host was Sky, she was great and accommodating. Offering her help throughout the whole day and keeping the room up to a great standard.

“Great experience”
Mark was really attentive and had a very pleasant experience! I was there for a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, the staffs were very helpful, rooms are clean Family friendly with great facilities. Would come and stay here for my future visits!

“Perfect stay”
It’s perfect place for families. Rooms are good with all facilities and clean . The room cleaning staff was good and on time . Breakfast was good but no options for vegetarian and Indians . The. View from my room was great as I stayed on high floor.

“Good place to stay.”
The staff are wonderful, very attentive, especially Ice. He was very communicative and no problem was too difficult. Ice has excellent customer service. The room was excellent and the facilities were great. Check in and check out were easy and again, the staff very accommodating.

“Old hotel and poor service for a 5* place”
The place is old and it shows it. I usually don't mind it but a few things didn't quite work out this trip. First is the service, if I am coming in for check-in with a few suitcases it would be nice if somebody could open the doors for me. That didn't happen and the doors must be pushed open manual… more
