“Cheap, nice but hard to find”

Everyday got free mineral water, room service, soap. Nice enviroment, near 7-eleven and market for morning, noon and night. Can shop whole day here. Room space quite ok. There are rooms for 3 person which is quite comfortable.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel as long as you don’t have super high expectations. I had booked it because I needed to be in the garment district and it was one of the only hotels with a decently priced room with a king and single bed. The room is actually well sized and beds are clean and comfy. Convenient shelves, storage and tiny fridge. Good aircon. Could never get Tv to work but this didn’t really worry me as I never watch it. Bathroom is spacious but we could never get hot water to work which didn’t really matter as it’s so hot here anyway. The shower head was also broken so hung at a low height and wasn’t adjustable. There was also only one key. Reception is often difficult to navigate as it is full of bags and stuff all the time. There is a lift but it’s small and vicious! We got trapped in the door so many times as it just shuts even when people are half in or out. Very friendly people at reception. No breakfast but we found a decent buffet breakfast right next door for 200b so that was fine. The hotel is really hard for taxi/grab to find as its up a little alley where they can’t go and the Main Street the alley runs off is INSANE! It’s this crazy mix of stalls and pedestrians, cars and tuk tuk! Not fun with a pram at all and very hard to unload and load. We ended up walking 5 mins away each day and calling a grab from there as it was so much easier. However there is a lot there so if you want to be close to stalls, massage, shopping etc it’s a happening location. I’d definitely avoid this area with kids, elderly or disabled people. Would be fine for fit people who want a decent room and a basic hotel with lots happening right outside your door.

got the chance to stayed in the Family suite with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, i booked 2 family suite as im travel in with 2 families. as the hotel/ inn dont have adjoining room but they place us adjacent to each other. Check in were fast and guest service were friendly he dont seem to be local. my room were located on the level 5 if not mistaken, at first the hotel were difficult to find as it deep in along some alley in the busy baiyok street.but there signage with arrow pointing the hotel direction. room were clean and bed were nicely made, cant expect much as it a boutique hotel. just a cross the hotel you can find a very good thai massage that you cant resist after a long walk of shopping. food is easy to find as the lobby is shared with a indian restaurant as i assume properly the same owner. room were strictly non - smoking. my stay were just a short stay as we were just settle for couple of days. to head to our next thai city. my families love that place and will definitely return back. check out were smooth and fast as i booked with Online Travel agent channel .
