“Good hotel”
We were on our way to UK so went ahea and booked emirates arrival visa service with an accommodation in highland...there is nothing great about this hotel...typical city hotel, centrally located...pricing is ok....food isnt great...need to train their staff more...rooms are good enough..Overall I w… more

“Chill”
Good location.Lovely hotel and comfortable rooms.they can get you cab services and their food is nice.the customer service was decent. i enjoyed my stay here and would not mind staying there on another visit to Dubai.

“Nice hotel with poor service.”
Highland City hotel,Dubai is in a good location,but service needs drastic improvement.North Indian restuarant food is not upto the hotel standards. Buffet breakfast is really good and worth the money spent. Rooms are airy but compact.The rooftop swimming pool is too small,probably a toddlers pool.… more
