“Our Best Western Derry Experience”
Lovely, very cosy rooms nice and warm and black out curtains. The food both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Overall great experience never fails to delivery. The staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. Not far from city centre, great value for money.

“Our lovely night porter”
Lovely hotel , all the staff are so nice and helpful , especially our night porter Jorin he was absolutely fantastic and an absolute credit to this hotel. The rooms are perfect very cosy good size the hotel is very cleanly and the massage was fab. Also a good size pool

“Winter package”
My husband and I took advantage of this great deal which included breakfast and 3 course evening meal. Staff and food excellent. Breakfast especially was lovely as cooked fresh to order. “Nice hotels with some flaws”
Nice looking hotel and clean. The pool was great, kids loved it. Receptionists top notch. It was freezing and there was a smell in the room. Some restaurant staff overbearing to the point of rudeness. Others were very efficient. Food was well cooked.
