“Afternoon tea & pizza”
First time in London. We had such a great experience here. The afternoon tea was excellent. Me and my dad really enjoyed it along with some pizza. Tom gave such excellent service. “Afternoon tea at the Gourmet Bar”
Afternoon tea was a very pleasant experience and we were looked after by Tom, who was attentive, courteous and totally professional (a rarity now-a-days). The usual finger sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious, and our allergies carefully handled. Highly recommended.

Stayed valentine weekend. Arrived to a warm friendly welcome from Ben, who is very personable and inquired what our plans were. “First stay in Novotel London Bridge”
I am so delighted that I have a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Novotel London bridge. Gaya, Fahad, Ben and Sayed were helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and thank you for Leo, Shirley, Sam and Daniel too. I look forward to come back and stay in this beautiful hotel again in the future

Didn’t stay at the hotel, but ate at the restaurant there! The food was ok, not my favorite in the world but I struck up a convo with the bartender and server who were really nice!
