“Nice and relaxing!”
Hotel is clean and tidy, Room had all you need for your stay, Staff were amazing couldn’t help you enough, Especially Francisco in the restaurant at breakfast! Lots of choices available for breakfast. Ordered room service 5* crumble was incredible.

“Comfortable hotel and good facilities”
Great hotel, convenient and comfortable. Helpful staff and a lovely breakfast buffet, fresh and plentiful. The rooms are generous and beds super comfortable. There is a bar open until 11pm. If you join IHG you can check out at Noon. We stay here every year for the comedy festival.

“Wonderful stay”
Excellent stay and breakfast! Francisco and his team really elevated the experience by giving us the perfect Sunday brunch we wanted! Would definitely be visiting again. The room was a little cold but was fixed by providing us radiators - a cosy stay indeed.

“Great place for a stay in Leicester”
The staff is incredibly friendly especially Francisco at breakfast buffet. The Location of the hotel is ideal for getting around the city. What would be even better is having a car park near to the facility. Otherwise we always enjoy staying here.

“IHG sells more rooms to the Government scheme”
Sharing a floor with groups of young men, who were clearly not paying guests was not what I expected in this hotel. Hearing them arranging to meet up for dinner, was the decider to eat out. Is IHG now selling rooms to the government across all of their brands?
