The hotel is kept very clean and the customer service level is excellent. I woke up to a flat tire on my rental car and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that resolved. I have stayed here before and really the only negative to this hotel is the lack of any type of vent in the bathroom so the bathroom has no air flow and gets quite warm. I know most guests feel this way as the bathroom actually has a sign telling me that you cannot prop the je door open because it would impede your exit in a fire

“Amazing staff”

I was greeted by Annika at the front desk. She was able to check me in early, even though our room was not ready by giving us one that was. “Go with one of the two nearby Hiltons instead”

This is one of the preferred hotels recommended by my company, but I will not be recommending it ever again. There are 3 hotels within walking distance and I chose this one for 3 reasons: parking, proximity to dining options, and the usually quality of Marriott. But this location failed on all accounts. 1. Yes, parking is included. But it is a small lot and they don't have enough for every guest. So if you try to park too late in the evening, you have to park in an overflow lot located farther away. So if you're here for business, you might as well contact your facilities about an overnight pass in your company's parking structure. 2. Yes, this hotel is located right next to a plaza of restaurants. But only 3 restaurants are still open. The plaza is dead and kind of depressing to be in. 3. The actual hotel experience was horrid. Broken elevator. No complimentary breakfast or even coffee. No trash cans so guests just leave their takeout containers in the hallway. Broken gym equipment. Paper thin walls — no need for a wakeup call because you'll be awoken by commuters at 6:00am. It's clear that Marriott has given up on this location and are just going to let it die. No need to prolong it by giving them your business. Stay elsewhere.

“This was a work trip Sunday-Tuesday. The guests were a lot of fun…local softball tournament. The hotel was less fun.”

Location is great and brings good customers. The hotel needs work. Treadmills broken, laundry is still coins, rooms are showing wear & tear. As the facility suffers, you’d expect the staff to cover. That didn’t happen…short answers at check-in to short answers at check-out.
