We stayed at this Hampton Inn mainly because of the location. It is standard Hilton fare for this level of accomodations. The hotel is well cared for and the room was clean and well maintained. The noise level is higher due to the proximity of Alliance airport and the occasional roar of a jet leaving the runway was muffled but was loud enough to wake a light sleeper. The free breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot and great. The hotel was full so the food was almost gone by the time we ate at 8am. Since we arrived late, our online room key was helpful since we got to bypass the check-in desk. We also love using the online check-out upon exit.

We have had a generally good experience with Hampton, and this property was no exception. We did have a mix-up with the first room we were offered. It was not ready, but we were quickly and cheerfully given another room, so that was OK. The second room was very clean. The beds were good. The furniture and fixtures and climate control were all working the way they were supposed to. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff had a little trouble keeping up with the breakfast crowd, so we had to wait on biscuits, but they were good when we got them. This property is in a really good location for us, so we will likely stay again.

“Great hotel, not the greatest experience with customer service for our family”

The room was great and had all the amenities we could have needed. The pool was clean and we enjoyed laying out and relaxing on the patio. The room was great and had all the amenities we could have needed. The pool was clean and we enjoyed laying out and relaxing on the patio. The only poor review I have is that my dad was charged an additional $200 from the amount he confirmed online for our rooms. The explanation the front desk provided was not matching up with our records for payment or the receipt they handed my dad. I was still in the lobby when my dad’s conversation with the front desk concluded. Once he walked out the front door, I was unimpressed by the behavior and lack of professionalism by the associates that they were loudly sharing with the entire lobby. We enjoy staying at Hampton Inn & Suites but is highly unlikely that we will return to this location.

The hotel itself is good. Front desk staff have been amazing. Our room itself is good. Thought it was a little odd that we get service every other day. On our third day we didn’t receive service so I had to ask. We had asked front desk for an extra blanket and after housekeeping cleaned our room that blanket disappeared. We had to ask the front desk again. We ran out of shower gel and asked for it to be refilled but it wasn’t. We have to ask front desk for extra towels as there is 4 of us and they only leave 2 towels. The storage is also lacking. We are here for 10 days and there is not a lot of space for us all to store clothing. Closet is big enough to hold 4 carry on suitcases though with room for us to hang up a few things. The fridge door is also broken and does not keep our medication that is in the fridge super cold. Breakfast is definitely lacking. Things ran out and never refilled. No hot tea bags (bought my own as I do not drink coffee). 2 days in a row the hot water was ice cold. The cereal tastes like you are eating cardboard. Definitely not brand name like it says. I ended up buying my own cereal and this morning there was no milk. The first few nights we were there, there was a party in the lobby. It was loud and not pleasant to walk through to get to the elevator.
