“Fabian is amazing”
Fabian was so helpful and amazing! He accommodated with us for every need we had! Amazing human inside and out!! I recommend his service for all who come! Made everyone feel comfortable and welcome, was back and forth to us to grab anything needed.

Had an AMAZING experience at the W Hotel. The Beach service was impeccable and everyone was super attentive and super helpful as well. I am definitely looking forward to returning and enjoying the ocean again. Thank you to Fabian, Jordan and Rafael for the amazing service and kind friendship.

“Jonas at the beach made us feel at home ! Thank you!”
Jonas at the beach was so kind and helpful with the beach towels. He made us feel so welcome !! He greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. He always came to check on us. It is these employees that should be rewarded! Will def come back for this amazing 5 star-service !

“Fabian Rocks”
We arrived in Miami and Fabian took great care of us. Our room was not ready but Fabian got us set up on the beach in a great spot. He was friendly and fun to talk to. He had some great tips for our stay and we enjoyed talking with him.!! Great hospitality!!

Stayed with family, the guys working over at the beach managing the chairs and umbrellas were extremely attentive and accommodating.
