“Great Hotel & Staff”
I absolutely loved this hotel, the location and staff. Our bartender, Mostafa, was amazing and very attentive. He seemed genuinely happy to see us the next day and welcomed us back. Our housekeeping attendant, Roselyn, was awesome and so kind. Can’t wait to go back!

“Central Park proximity at its best”
Very easy ( across street) to Central Park. About 10 minutes from Times Square and a 20 minute subway to World Trade Center memorial. “Couldn’t handle the busy season”
Checkin was a zoo. The app confirmed early check-in but the room wasn’t ready, so we sat in the lobby for 2 hours (with an 8 year old and dog), before leaving to kill time outside the hotel.
