On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Really nice”
This hotel really has character. Well restored old rail station. Room large, clean and comfortable. Large comfy bed. Easy to get to from the freeway. It has it's own restaurant or there are restaurants within walking distance.

The allure of this hotel is its unique entrance through a large, old train station. The new hotel side has been well matched with the style and color of the train station, giving it a unique feel and atmosphere. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a view of the water. It’s walking distance to the downtown and historic portion of Pensacola and is across the street from a large arena. It has a restaurant and separate small bar (Cavu Club). The bar has a large stained glass ceiling from a Vaudeville Theater in Youngstown, Ohio. You can order dinner in the bar or have fresh popcorn with your drink. Bartender Kelly is delightful!

Very nice hotel. My wife and I were there to be with our son who was graduation from A school at Corry Station. Great location in the middle of Pensacola. Very nice hotel. My wife and I were there to be with our son who was graduation from A school at Corry Station. Great location in the middle of Pensacola. Walking distance from the water front and restaurants like McGuires. The hotel, as you can read is built on the L&N railroad passenger depot from 1912. That part of the hotel (the lobby, bar and restaurant) are supper cool. Lots of original tilework and decor. The staff is very, very nice and pleasant. Nothing negative to report there. The hotel rooms are getting a bit on the dated side but they were clean and no major complaints. The free WiFi was excellent. The Cavu Club is super cool with lots of Navy aviation pictures on the walls. I'd recommend seeing it even if you weren't staying there. I didn't eat at the 1912 Restaurant but it seemed like a very nice place. Trains do pass right next to the hotel once in a while but I guess that didn't bother me too much. The trains will blow their horns as they run past. Overall, I very much recommend the hotel especially for the price, history, staff and location.

My wife and I were in town for the White Tie event at the Saenger. We decided to stay here due to location. The rooms were comfortable with a nice, large bed. We liked the history of the train station. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very nice and hospitable. After the Saenger we stopped by the bar for a nightcap. The bartenders were attentive and polite. Terri was so pleasant and we enjoyed the history and the ghost story. We loved the ambiance of the bar and the salute to the Blue Angels.

“Cheap, nice staff, but very tired”
Historic location, nice staff, but there must be better places to stay. The whole place is old, dingy and very tired. The food is subpar. The location is next to the highway. The place is creepy and should be skipped.
