We'll visit the northern part of Lake Qaroun, Wadi Hitan, and the Wadi El Ryan 'Waterfall and Magic Lake'. Lunch at a local restaurant. Arrival at the lodge. Traditional Bedouin-style dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Breakfast at the camp. We'll visit the southern part of Lake Qaroun, the Faronic Qatrani Basalt Quarry, Abu Lifa Monastery, Dimieh El Sebaa Temple, Qasr El Sagha Temple, and the Petrified Forest. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to the camp. Traditional Bedouin-style dinner and overnight stay.

Fayoum Oasis - Ain Sokhna

Important remarks

  • Egypt is a Muslim country and the month of Ramadan is of major significance to its residents. During Ramadan, entertainment and alcohol will be restricted in most of the country. The sale of alcohol will be restricted in many places, although some establishments will offer alcohol for sale to tourists. During this period, local businesses may also have shorter opening hours.
  • The tours include cultural stops at local workshops so you can learn about the production of traditional crafts.
