Breakfast. Next, tour of the city of Amman where the Citadel and the Roman Theater stand out. Subsequently, we continue to Jerash or Gerasa, a Greco-Roman city that was part of the Decapolis and is known as the Pompeii of the East for its importance and magnificent state of conservation. You can admire, among others: Hadrian's Gate, the Hippodrome, the Theatre, the Agora or forum with its complete colonnade, the Cardo Maximus, the Temple of Zeus and that of Artemis. Afterwards, departure to Ajlun Castle, a fortress built in 1185 and later rebuilt in the 13th century, by the Mamluks after its destruction by the Mongols. Return to Amman. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast and departure to Madaba where we find the church of Saint George, with its famous mosaic that represents all the biblical territories. Continuation to Mount Nebo, from whose summit Moses saw the promised land. Continuation towards Petra. Arrival, dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast and transfer to the famous archaeological site of Petra, a city known as the “pink city”, where more than 2,000 years ago the Nabataeans located the capital of their empire over 500 years, sculpting admirable temples and tombs in the pink mountains and using advanced agricultural and water conveyance systems. The tour begins at the Tomb of the Obelisks, continuing through the Siq, a canyon more than 1 km long, behind which the Treasure is discovered, a colossal tomb decorated with columns and sculptures of incomparable refinement and beauty. Continuation towards the street of the facades and the theater to approach the 850 steps that will take us to the imposing “El Deir” Monastery. Dinner and accommodation.

Petra - Little Petra - Wadi Rum

After breakfast, drive to Little Petra: Siq el-Barid, located close to the main site. You can walk through 8,000 year old excavated stone age village sat Beidah. This is Petra in miniature with a modest gorge but wonderful rock-cut temples, caves and multi-colored rock faces and, being less-visited, it has an atmosphere all of its own. Continue the drive to Wadi Rum, the valley of the moon according to Lawrence of Arabia. Uniquely shaped massive mountains rise vertically out of the pink desert sand, which separate one dark mass from another in magnificent desert scenery of strange breathtaking beauty, with towering cliffs of weathered stone. The faces of the sheer rock cliffs have been eroded by the wind into faces of men, animals and monsters. Here you will have the opportunity to experience of the Jeep tour 4x4 for 2 hours. - Jordan is a Muslim country and the month of Ramadan is of major significance to its residents. During Ramadan, entertainment and alcohol will be restricted in most of the country. The sale of alcohol will be restricted in many places, although some establishments will offer alcohol for sale to tourists. During this period, local businesses may also have shorter opening hours.
