Transfer to hotel. Departure in the afternoon to visit the "klongs", the Chao Phraya river channels in the traditional Long Tail Boat, where you can admire life unfolding along the banks of the river. We'll also stop at the Temple of the Dawn (officially called Wat Arun).

Breakfast. In the morning, we'll head out to visit the famous Damnern Saduak, the floating market that's about an hour from Bangkok. On the way, we'll visit the Mae Klong Market, known as “the train market” as it runs through the railway track. When trains pass, the vendors gather up their stalls and merchandise for a few minutes. On arrival at the lively and colourful floating market, you'll see dozens of boats with fruit, vegetables, and other produce being sold from boat to boat. Return to Bangkok, where we'll visit the Royal Palace, symbol of the nation and the most glorified monument in the country. Inside we visit the Wat Phra Kaeow, which houses the Emerald Buddha, the Golden Chedi, the Royal Pantheon, and the Eight Towers of colours. Photos are only allowed outside the temples, and it is required to wear clothes that cover the shoulders and knees, and to enter the temples without shoes. Return to the hotel and rest of the day free.

Visit one of the most important temples in the city, Wat Phra Kaew, where the Emerald Buddha was found in 1434 and can now be seen in the Royal Palace in Bangkok. Return journey to the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Chiang Saen to board motorboats and visit the Khong River, which marks the border between Thailand and Laos. We arrive at the famous Golden Triangle (the point where three countries, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand, meet). Return to Chiang Rai to visit the famous Wat Rong Khun, known as the White Temple. Lunch at a local restaurant. Departure to Chiang Mai via Doi Sakhet. Visit to the Wat Pra That Doi Suthep temple in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere of the temple at sunset, with the possibility to listen to the evening chanting of the Buddhist monks. Transfer to hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Next up is a visit to the ethnic village of the famous long-necked women of the Padaung ethnic group. Then it's on to Wiang Kum Kam, an ancient city in Saraphi district which, according to legend, was built by King Mangrai in the late 13th century. IOnce the capital until repeated flooding led to the construction of a new capital city, Chiang Mai. We then return to Chiang Mai. Lunch at a typical restaurant. Visit to the centre of Chiang Mai by cyclo, visiting Wat Chedi Luang (Royal Stupa Temple) and Wat Phra Sing (Temple of the Lion Buddha, represented only in three specific areas of Thailand: Chiang Mai, Nakon Pathome and Nakon Sri Tammaraj). Lastly, a visit to the local handicraft factories. Return to hotel. Accommodation.

- Triple rooms in Thailand are generally rooms with twin beds or a double, in which a folding bed is installed to accommodate the third person. Due to the inconvenience this causes, we advise against using this option as far the possible.

- The baggage allowance on domestic flights of most airlines in India is usually 15 kg per person, so lower than on international flights. Please take account of this when packing your bags.

- Please check with your international vaccination centre about the recommended healthcare measures in Thailand.

- The law in Thailand only allows entry into the country with one carton of tobacco per person.

- Depending on the return flight, the trip may be one day longer.

- To reconfirm services at the destination, please send us your passport details within 24 hours of booking.

- Many hotels in Thailand offer special touches for travellers on their honeymoon. If this is your case and you've decided to put the most important journey of your life in our hands, then you're in luck. Let us know that it's your honeymoon when you book and don't forget to take documentation proving your recent marriage (certificate or original invitation) along with your travel documents.
